Toward the 4th edition of MS Food Day

After the great success of the previous three editions, the Bonassisa Lab, "la Divisione di Spettrometria di Massa della Società Chimica Italiana", the Regional district of Agri-food, the Institute of Sciences of Food Production (ISPA-CNR) announce that the 4th edition of the MS Food Day at October 2015, will take place in Foggia. The initiative is a biennial international event, which will focus on innovation and research for safety, quality and nutritional features of foods.
