RETE E INNOVAZIONE IN AGRICOLTURA: Esiste un digital divide nel settore agroalimentare?
Coordinatori:

The Department of Engineering, ICT and Technology for Energy and Transport (DIITET) of the National Research Council (CNR) carries out multidisciplinary scientific activity in priority areas for the innovation of the country, with applications in many productive sectors: energy, transport, industrial engineering, construction, biomedical sector, aerospace, cultural heritage, security, environment, agriculture and shipbuilding. Key feature of the Department is the integration of more traditional engineering disciplines, connected to the physical world, eg. mechanics, construction, energy, new materials and production systems), with "virtual" Information and Communication Technologies, aimed at the development of cyber-physical systems for the creation of new products, processes and services with high added value.
As part of EXPO 2015, the Department organizes some scientific events related to the use of industrial, information and energy technologies to innovate the agri-food sector. In particular, conferences will be dedicated to sustainable energy technologies for agricultural production and water supply in developing countries, innovation of agricultural machinery, and the use of Internet by agri-food enterprises. www.diitet.cnr.it
