Seeds&Chips is the event where food and digital technologies come together. A world of apps, services and technologies is developing and is changing the way food is produced, processed, distributed, consumed and depicted. We call this the Internet of Food: it helps us discover and share the joy of food, but also promotes a more efficient way of working for millions of farmers, producers, restaurants, bars and professionals.
Through technology, we are developing methods of producing food in a sustainable way that are more efficient: higher productivity using the same resources and with less environmental impact. Food safety, combating waste and ensuring the right to food for all have found a new ally in technological innovation.
