The third edition of the International Exhibition of Innovation, Research and Food Safety will be held next 15, 16 and 17 October 2014, in Milan, Rome, Naples, within the events for Expo 2015 and World Food Day. The event aims to contribute to spread the culture of food safety: promoted by trade associations, universities and research centers, and with institutional awards already obtained, this initiative is a moment of discussion for the main stakeholders, consumers, businesses, institutions, schools and the world of information, through media partners and social networks, providing a platform for collaboration among all participants willing to play an active role in decisions about food and sustainability.

Among the partners who have joined, the initiative also involves the National Research Council in particular the Institute of Agricultural Biology and Biotechnology of Milan.
